They say that I should keep track of the little things that I accomplish, so that when I have a bad moment I can look back and see how far that I have come. My achievements will hopefully outweigh whatever disappointment or transgression that is trying to bring me down. So here I go, starting off with a suggestion from a friend at work:
9/3 I made it to work in spite of it all.
9/3 I turned down a potluck and ate the lunch I brought from home.
